As has been done successfully in the UK for locomotives that no longer exist, a new T-1 is in the process of being constructed from scratch. Started in 2014, the locomotive is projected to be complete in 2030. Thanks for sharing this gem! The T1 Trust website indicated that one of the railroads willing to allow the T1 Trust's 4-4-4-4 to operate on their tracks is the Cuyahoga Valley Railroad just outside of Cleveland OH (this is good news because it's in my area of Ohio - I can't wait).
