This is my hometown, correctly written "Rapperswil" (with two "p").
In 1360 a wooden passage was built from Rapperswil over the Lake of Zurich. It became part of the famous Jacob Pilgrimige Way. The small capel, named "Heilig Huesli" (Little Holy House) was part it. In the 20. century the wooden brigde disappeard but was built again in 2011. Now it acts as an attractive recriational walkway, but it's also useful for many rail photographers.
