It seems that not all tracks have been cleared of snow, especially those leading to the second tunnel entrance. Is it a cost-cutting measure because the passing sidings are hardly used for freight traffic any more?

The tracks leading to the left tunnel entrance are all out of order, for the construction of a loading facility for the excavation of the new second Gotthard road tunnel. There are tracks 1 to 3 usuable only now.
