Nice photo, but those are mostly Dash 9 locomotives. Norfolk Southern currently does is not have any Dash 8's on their roster. They were all sold or converted to AC44C6M's

I do see quite a few DASH 8's there, looks like "ex-Con" units - nose mounted number boards are a dead giveaway, since NS original DASH 8s all have high number boards.

I stand corrected. The few Dash 8s that are in the photo are still not listed on the current May roster for Norfolk Southern. Meaning that they are either sold, waiting to be scraped, or will be turned into a AC44C6M
