Yup, SD45; two more bringing up the rear. After the ex-CNJ SD35, an SD40.
The reason the non-PC units got "patched" first was that the ex-PC accounted for the lion's share of the power, and the smaller roads were being renumbered to fit into the PC numbering (initially retained for the most part by Conrail) for similar units. As long as they had them in for a new number, they slapped some "cr" labels (in PC font, mostly) on them.
Numbering schemes would become more of a mixed bag (with changes from former PC dominated numbering) as whole classes of older power began to be retired in favor of new power.
