Here on the East Coast, we have museums like the Baltimore in Ohio Railroad museum that sponsor graffiti contests utilizing equipment provided by the museum itself. The promotion of such endeavors has not seem to have caught on in rural parts of the country, at least not yet. Life n the big city, I guess.

As soon as I saw the photo I knew it had to be an engine in California. Terrible what they do to railroad engines and cars in that state.
