What could be called a "DASH-9er re-hash" . . . even went to the trouble of painting NS' "prancing pony" (less the stripes) on its nose, and the only black paint used as-well. Overall, an interesting-looking unit!

I would like to know exactly why it needs to be a “non locomotive “. My guess is that the company spent probably hundreds of thousands of dollars just to keep a locomotive engineer from operating it.

Those green handrails are a new and different color compared to what I've seen before.
