I'd wager the inside faces of the boxcars (and both sides of the middle one) might still be in good shape.

Looks to me like someone made some kind of "home" or possibly a storage building out of them. Being that close together makes me think there is access between the middle and two outer ones via the middle sliding doors. Maybe there is a regular door cut into the end of one of them to be able to enter from outside.
