The carbody looks like a U25B, but this is an early U28B on the P&LE roster. This is likely the most utilitarian paint scheme that I've seen on any Class 1 or regional RR.

A clean lightning stripe D&H unit that was conveyed to CSX brightens up a dreary day.
It's hard to tell this is a P&LE train. The WEPX coal trains always ran with a mix of CNW & CSX units and a P&LE caboose bringing up the rear. Kodachrome 200 scan.
