The Nickle Plate Road steam engine accompanied by NS heritage units Pennsylvanian and Conrail head towards Altoona on a public excursion.
After cutting the helpers and getting a recrew at Altoona, 646 is on the move eastbound as the snow continues to be dumped on the Alleghenies.
A westbound intermodal kicks up the fresh blanket of snow as old man winter keeps pouring it on, Merry Christmas to all!
