The former B&O mainline to St. Louis, MO, now the Illinois Subdivision of the CSX Louisville Division, ends at milepost 327.9 severing rail service between Caseyville, IL and Flora, IL.
UP 4607 leads CSX K558 past the CPL's at West Black Lane, on the ex-B&O. This train of loaded pipes will become UP's "SMEEK" at Saint Louis.
