West bound heading to Valliant OK crossing the KCS interlocker. We chased this train all the way. Good chase with Cary Poole.

Back in those days we would spent 5 minutes in a yard and stupidly head off to the next one which might be 200 miles away. I'm glad we got one of this old scheme.
I must confess that when it comes to diesels the more "stuff" you hang on them the better and this one is a classic.
A rebuilt SD-40 awaits an assignment. Most are now gone. I always liked the Gyralite.
