After a trip across the Alleghenies, 384 departs Pennsylvania and enters Maryland, as noted by the vintage B&O marker.

Taking a break from the WMSR, I headed over to Ellerslie for lunch and this detouring R409. The engines are in Maryland, most of the train is still in Pennsylvania.
