A N700 Shinkansen of the JR Central is entering Kyoto from Osaka, seen from the Kyoto tower observation desk about 100 meter above ground.
The excellent Kyoto railway museum is a 20 minute walk from the main station. According to the museum guide leaflet, these are (left to right) 500 series 521-1, Kuhane 581-35 and Kuha 489-1.
