Climbing away from Oneonta
A trio of RS3u's and a U23B head south toward Oneonta. The RS3u's were RS3's rebuilt with 12-251 engines by MK and helped the D&H ease their power shortage post Conrail.
Tioga Central 506 is STILL wearing her D&H Bicenntennial colors 30 years later! She was D&H #1976.
