The DF4 number 1886 has been named "Zhu De". Zhu De was a Chinese military leader born in Sichuan in 1886.

Steam was still active in the Yebaishou shed in March 1998, but the DF4's were already here. A few months later, all the traffic around Yebaishou was in the hands of the Diesels.
