The second Amtrak locomotive to be numbered 608 was a rebuilt E60MA electric. That unit is seen here in charge of the southbound Silver Star, passing through Edison, NJ on the Northeast Corridor.... (more)

The Silver Star heads for a warmer climate with a mixed consist of Heritage, Amfleet and Viewliner equipment...common at the time.
