This profile of the 193 really shows how streeeetched these rare passenger diesels are. They ride on a SD40 frame, and have a shortened short hood to accommodate a separate HEP plant in the rear.
Two GP40TCs already renumbered into the 520 series (due to the new P42s taking their former 190 series numbers) sit with an MP15 in the yard. This is the former 196.
