This colorful consist included a Federal Railroad Administration, Office of Safety DOTX track measurement car, which was working on the Joint Line in Monument, Colorado.

The Pueblo Museum, which is at the old historic Pueblo Depot, has a great collection of engines and rolling stock. DOT 001 is a U30C that wears the colors of the Department of Transportation.
