Amongst the early morning fog and haze and truck traffic, MDW 22 is switching Boise boxcars at the PCA Packaging Corporation of America, International Falls Mill, Boise Paper.

On a dark and foggy morning, one of the first tasks of the day for MD&W 22 is pulling two boxcars out of the shop and returning them to service.
