A cold crewman gets ready to throw a switch while a well-frosted Dash 9 heads into the Denver Yard in sub-freezing, snowy weather.
On a snowy day with freezing temps, a BNSF crewman gives the word to the engineer of 5302 (Dash9) that the switches have been cleaned and he is OK to proceed.

From rain and mud to snow in less than 30 minutes. A visit to the Slot, revealed a modest amount of snow and the need for snow shoes to reach this perch over looking the BNSF Scenic Sub.
