CNW 6713 at Adams still in its N&W blue paint. Photo has been part of my collection for years. No photographer listed on slide. My guess is it was shot by the late Joe Stauber.
It's 6:30 on a hot August evening in West Gladstone and three big C&NW C628's, 6713,6719,6708 are blasting along with 100 empties heading for another load at Empire Mine.
