A frosty pair of GE's roll through Lovekin with Chicago-Montreal IMS cans.

A chilled 142 led by 9644 rounds the elevated curve at Lovekin on its way to Montreal.

A westbound finds some sun as it descends into the dip just east of Glenwood at MP 115. The 9644 was involved in a sideswipe accident in Glenwood in May 2010.

This unit arrived about a week ago and will undergo repairs at the shop.

A trio of GE's belch out some nice smoke as they near the top of the hill. There's a slight roller coaster effect as the tracks cross county road 36, just north of Miltona.

At just over 7,000 ft, this 490 uses three GE's to get the job done. That cloud of smoke in the background was produced by the train.

The 295 has a lot of tank cars in tow today as it makes its way west in the late afternoon.
