A pair of SD40-2's of fallin flags Seaboard Coast Line and Louisville & Nashville run elephant style pulling a string of autoracks across the 1931 bridge over the Potomac River.

My vantage spot for this photo was an old Bollman bridge which spanned the tracks. The bridge has since been removed, and will be incorporated into the Allegheny Highlands Trail.
