A clean lightning stripe D&H unit that was conveyed to CSX brightens up a dreary day.
DH 7403 (ex RDG 3403) is fresh out of the rebuild shop at MK in Mountain Top, PA and awaiting train assignment. A total of 4 GP39-2's and 3 GP38-2's were rebuilt and painted D&H in 1990.
Train is Northbound with Ex Reading in the Lead
