The pride of the E&LS fleet rests at Saunders waiting to be picked up by the WC for a trip back to Michigan after spending time at the Lake Superior Railroad Museum.
E&LS RS-12 300 was built as SAL 1474 then became SCL 215. It was then sold to the Michigan Northern as their 215 and later re-sold in 1980 to E&LS.
