This former B&O S-2 is still on the roster but a pair of rebuilt "hammerhead" UP EMD switchers do most of the work today at the Boise plant in Frostbite Falls.

One of Boise's remote controlled S-2 switchers makes a delivery to CN at Falls Junction. Watco announced Wednesday that they will buy this switching railroad.

MD&W S2 idles in 14 degree temperature this morning, after spending the night in the heated engine house. A charmed life!
