This is one of my favorite shots in Vicksburg. It'd been forever since I had a chance to get it, but I finally did.
The first shot of this train came early in the morning with really good lighting and fall color to liven the picture. The train was rolling by at 55mph.

Out in the desert on UP's Mojave Sub east of Palmdale between Pearblossom and Wash finds loaded export train OTNLB with a trio of SD70's racing south.
The lead unit peaks into the view as the rest of the train traverses the opposite side of Irene horseshoe
