Another rebuild AC44 gets ready for Union Pacific

UP 5799, 7814, 5710, & 1177 are on the point of a westbound mixed freight.

UP 5799 (AC4400CW-CTE) runs into a strong spring snow storm, taking an increasingly rare coal train through Littleton, Colorado along the Joint Line.

Perhaps the last major snowstorm of the season blankets UP 5799 (AC4400CW-CTE) and its loaded coal cars as they head south on the Joint Line through Sedalia, Colorado.

UP 5799 is looking a little rough with no American flag or Union Pacific logo. I assume it has been repaired after some fire damage.

UP coal empties cast long shadows as they head north through the vast landscape of the Powder River Basin.

Union Pacific 5799 and 6454 with DPU 7176 slowly go over the bridge and into Cora after switching tracks to go by the maintenance of way.
