The N&W has been gone since 1982, but the Norfolk And Western Railway Company sign on this bridge remains in remarkably good shape, decades after it was installed.

When the grain trains were still running this was one of my favorite local spots to photograph them. No grain today, but a W&LE slab train in my neighborhood is almost as good!
