Another UP M-PRCB train detouring over the IC&E thunders west with the Oregon Nuke Plant making a commanding presence in the background. Note the friendly wave from the conductor.
On a beautiful Friday the 13th, UP 9033, a clean C40-8, along with two more C40-8's, slowly heads west through Rochelle, honking for all the railfans at the Rochelle Railroad Park.
Tried to get this train at Woodbine Curve, but a heavy rain shower a few minutes before slickened up the mud a bit on our way off of the highway.
