On a hazy December afternoon in '76, a Rio Grande SW1200 takes a short break at shift change near the old crew shanty near 21st South.
The surroundings are pure Rio Grande as SW1200 #132 rambles beneath the Roper Yard pedestrian bridge on July 2, 1976. I definitely miss 'The Action Road'.
