Thanks Google! Google Street View has been one of greatest tools for railfanning. In fact, I had been using Street View to scout locations to shoot NKP 765 a day before I was going to chase it. The next day, after completing the chase, I stopped at a local gas station, and this unusual vehicle was parked there. I talked to the driver briefly and we went our separate ways, or so I thought! It turns out that the driver was actually coming over to Berkeley yard, exactly where I was headed. As he passed, I was able to grab a shot of the Street View car as he grabbed shots of me and the big Berkshire. So thanks to Google for making steam locomotive chases so much easier. But thanks as well for providing an interesting subject to shoot NKP 765 with! (Also thanks to NS for making this shot possible!). This was the first interesting automobile I would shoot with this train during the weekend. Check out the other two by viewing the photo album.
