Remarks & Notes |
I guess anyone that has looked at my photo's on this site can tell that I don't do much photography the last few years. Most traffic in my area(what there is of it) runs under cover of darkness or generally against the sun. I also pretty much hung up my camera's after the demise of Kodachrome. Never really tried much of the digital stuff as most railroading now days doesn't interest me like the older stuff did. But every now and then the CN manages to put a train through Trout Lake in good light and I have been trying to figure out my Wife's digital Nikon to catch the odd scene. Last evening we had this empty Herzog ballast train heading into the evening sun powered by CN 5761, 2190 and 5632. In this photo it starts to throttle up as it passes the Trout Lake campground. |
