BN 4243 heads west from Wishram, Washington with a local to Vancouver. The train is heading across a fill at Horse Thief Lake (state park) just across the border from The Dalles, Oregon. This locomotive was purchased as Spokane, Portland & Seattle No. 303 in June 1964 and would be retired by BN in August 1980.
