MABA 382 is crossing the Penobscot and approaching the rare old grade crossing protection signals. When approaching trains hit the circuit, the yellow light begins flashing, the bell starts ringing, and the words "NO RIGHT TURN" light up. There are no signals of this kind anywhere else in Maine. Unfortunately, the days of this flashing yellow light and lighted sign warning motorists of approaching trains have been reported to be less common in the not too distant future, with most Keag traffic being rerouted via CMQ.
