The Amtrak passenger station in Las Vegas, New Mexico, was built in 1899. The former Santa Fe two-story brick depot was built in the Spanish Mission-style and features a red tile roof, ornate metal brackets and a curving parapet. It reopened as the Las Vegas Intermodal Facility in 2000 following extensive upgrades. Improvements include a renovated passenger waiting room and the city's Visitor Center.
