Tight Parking. On November 24, 2019, a very full storage yard in Roanoke, Virginia shows Norfolk Southern engines of many varieties. EMD SD40-2s and SD70M-2s sit along side GE Dash 8s, units placed into storage as the railroad's shifts its priorities in schedule and motive power.
