Overlooked or preserved? The former Amtrak station in Las Vegas, NV that the Desert Wind served was in the rear of a hotel casino near the strip. It has been repurposed into a fitness room. however a wall mural from the 1980s remains as a sort of time capsule. It's not hard to miss in the hallway leading to what was the former entrance to the waiting room as of 2023. Wild!
