For the very first time, two articulated lowfloor trains "AK" RABe 526 # 750 and # 730 of the Thurbo in multiple control made a visit in Lindau/Germany. The train is on the dam over the Bodensee between Lindau-Reutin and Lindau-Insel station (former name Lindau). The train came from St.Margrethen via Bregenz/Austria to Lindau-Insel and served as test for a future offer from december of this year. It is planned, that the trains of the S 7 service of the Thurbo will run between Romanshorn, Rorschach, St.Margrethen, Bregenz and Lindau-Reutin every two hours on weekends (for the start of this new service, maybe more often later).
